Clear Quartz is the most common form of quartz (Silicon Dioxide) and ranges from crystal clear to white. Named after the Greek "Krustallos", at the time of the Romans there was already a lively trade in this petrified ice (Quartz).

Clear Quartz is found around the world and depending on the place it is found, it is granted its own specific qualities. General Clear Quartz is mainly found in the US, Madagascar and Brazil.
