Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you have received your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

In the event of damage during shipment, you must first contact our customer service by sending an email to service@crystallinemagic.com with a photo of the product and damage. We will asses the damage and come up with a solution.

Please do not send the package return to sender! It will not come to us directly, but will be left with the delivery company. There is a possibility that the package then becomes lost or returned to you. Please mail your complaint, name and order number to service@crystallinemagic.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours during working days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 working days.

Any special options added to your purchase ( eg. Attuning the crystal ) are non refundable.

Fees paid for using a specific payment option are non refundable.

If you haven’t received a refund yet on your original payment method, it may take some time before your refund is processed and officially posted. Please wait 1-3 days and if the refund has not been received then contact your payment method provider.
