You can track the status of your order by clicking on the link in the e-mail that you receive once the order is completed and the order has been handed over to MyParcel.
Delivery will take place at the specified delivery address. When no one is present at the time of delivery (and the package does not fit in the mailbox) MyParcel or its local delivery partner will attempt to leave the package with neighbours. In such cases, a written notice is left. If the package cannot be delivered, the addressee will be informed in writing, stating: the possible options for a second attempt, the time and location of safekeeping and possible periods in which the shipment can be collected up at that location.
We only deliver to residential and business addresses. No P.O. boxes or other (public) delivery locations are allowed (or at your own risk). Take for example locations where nobody is present to personally accept packages in your name and with your explicit permission (examples: UPS or DHL drop-off locations, etc.).Packages that are nevertheless addressed in this way can often not be delivered and are returned to sender. This can take 1-4 weeks (depending on the country in question). In that case you are responsible for the package until it has been received and for the shipping costs that have been charged. If the package is lost during the return, you are responsible for the full purchase amount minus the amount that is reimbursed (packages abroad are always sent insured). If you then wish to receive the order at a new (permitted) address, the full shipping costs for resending the order will be charged to you. The package will be sent when the return shipment has been received and the shipping costs have been paid. If you cancel the order, the purchase amount minus the shipping costs will be reimbursed.
